Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs or video showing the problem
- Photographs of the packaging when relevant
After reviewing the information, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another appropriate resolution.
Incorrect Item
If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please provide your order number and photographs of the item received.
Returns

Items approved for return must generally be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
